Short explanation (in notes): A car horn that's not TOOT!! TOOT!!

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
If you're trying to beep at someone you wouldn't go TOOT!! TOOT!! at someone, you'd press the horn down for like a second and half, or maybe longer if you're feeling the urge for road rage.
It barely feels satisfying trying to honk someone to move when they don't bloody move because all you're doing is a friendly TOOT!! TOOT!! It feels like you're on the M1 nearly!


Optional additions:
- Hold alt for a long blast of the horn. Max horn time 10 seconds - 10 seconds for cool down to prevent spamming of horn, or a rule or law could be implemented like "Unnecessary use of horn" - i.e blasting the horn for no god damn reason. .

I would plus support this long as the horn is not from a Cargo Ship I live in a port town and the air horns from ships can be heard from in my house. A very loud horn could just be annoying.
