Agreed 100%, they should add this ASAP. I couldn't have made a more detailed and descriptive idea and/or suggestion myself. The amount of work and thought that went into this is so overwhelming that if this isn't accepted the entire community will be outraged!

maybe slightly cheaper upgrades for lower class vehicles such as the van i have which was 100k plus 150k to upgrade and still only reaches around 30-40 mph

Okay well maybe it would be abit easier if these options were slowly produced and put onto the car customize person inside the dealership if anybody has the spare time since the server atm is quite laggy due too how many players there are inside of the server. Talking about the car customize npc it might be abit more easier/straight forward for new players if it was moved next to the the main desk on the second floor or outside next to the woman npc which u can get your owned vehicles.
