Neither is really unhealthy if you don't drink 15 cups of it a day, there's even studies suggesting 1-2 cups a day have a positive effect on your cardiovascular system. Like good old Paracelsus said 500 years ago "the dosage alone makes it so a thing is not a poison."
Personally, I've gotten to a point where a coffee that's not properly made (e.g., right bean, right grinding degree, proper espresso machine etc.) is an affront. Luckily my best friend has gotten into the coffee game way to deep so I get them for free basically whenever I want. A good macchiato or cortado can turn a horrible day around in no time.
