Why Should This Player Be Punished: Player broke 3.4 by approaching a live gunfight, he caused me and my friend to move away from the gunfight to deal with him, this caused us to be in a poor position to fight against the swat that was approaching, this caused me to die instantly, the player then blocked a door causing my friend to shoot him to clear the path so he could escape. The player clearly broke 3.4 and caused his life to be lost, the evidence below shows the player has no concern for his life. Please note that this player has had bans for breaking 3.4 in the past, please also check his warnings and take them into account.

Aight. I will say that i wasnt the smartest move ever. And i wont lie, i may have broken 3.4 by running into the gunfight.

Here is my side of the story:

I was at that regals with my friend, because we wanted to raid. While we were getting ready outside, we heard gunfire. I thought that it was some of my friends raiding, so i wanted go go inside, just peak at the stairs to check if it was my friends. Turns out it was Alex. I yelled: "DO YOU NEED ANY HELP?" because i thought i was kinda mutual with @Alex_:D (Obviously not). I then saw Alex come down the stairs with another guy, and at that point i continued to ask if he needed any help, but recieved no answer. Then the cops showed up and started opening fire at the entrance that i was standing right next to. My intial response was to try and run into the apartment to try and avoid being hit by the bullets tlying around me. I was yelling to the cops that i was innocent, while trying to run into the apartment, because i didnt want to stand in the middle of the gunfire and break 3.4. Another guy was standing in the entrance, and i dont really remember if i said something or not, but i was then gunned down by, who i initially thought was the cop, but i then learned that i was Alex's friend.

I do realize that it wasnt the proper way of acting, and i shouldnt really have stayed in the walkway, or even approached in the first place. But i really just though that it was my friends raiding. And i really didnt want to be gunned down by a bunch of SWAT's and cops. But in the end, the way i proritized was wrong, and i do apologize for that.

With that said:

I have 9 warnings, but the last one was over 6 months ago. I have what you would consider 'A clean record' since its been a long time since ive received any punishment.

Also, please keep in mind to not break 1.1 towards me. Right after this happened, you proceeded to call me a 'Mong' in OOC (Will post screenshot later). Breaking rules right after confronting another person with it, isnt the way to go m8. This isnt the first time you have disrespected me.

And ive got more experiences like this. Its like you dont care about 1.1? If i have to obey the rules, then ofc you have to do it aswell.

Anyway, ive said what needs to be said.

Please make a separate thread about what you believe to be a rule infridgement of 1.1 as this is pointed towards you, not @Alex_:D. In my opinion, even if your last warning is at least six months old, and of the same nature concerning rules, I'd consider them fully as they can show a tendency of breaking that rule.

Running into a doorway where someone was just shot is your idea of safety? More likely you wanted to minge about, running away from the building would clearly be the safest option.

Asking people for help during a raid is clearly one of the most retarded things you can do, if you had a neutral reputation with someone in real life and they were killing some random people you have never seen before would you ask to join in? I think not.

Don't try to wean out of it, this is a clear violation of 3.4, no matter how you put it you ran into a gun fight without having any prior knowledge of the situation, just because you think it's your friends doesn't mean you can run over unless you KNOW its your friends.

The user will be banned for running into a gunfight that ended up in the user dying. Also just to noting this out Ebbe, having a SWAT officer shoot a man down then deciding to run into "safety" isn't really how it works, you ran into a gunfight where you ran into a mans house who was being raided. Thanks for understanding
