Main Idea: Binoculars will be placed in lockers upon joining the PD.
Full description of the idea: When joining the PD, your binoculars will be placed in your "private items locker," so that if you had any binoculars on you when you joined the PD, they are now not in your inventory (like bobby pins or cigarettes).
Why should it be added?: Upon joining the PD, all private items are placed into lockers. It would be nice if your binoculars would also be placed into the lockers as well, as you get some standard issue one as an LEO anyways. If you are to equip them, you are likely to equip your own, and if you die with them equipped, you will lose them. Seeing as you already got some free from the PD, it would be a shame to lose your own, as you are unable to choose which ones to equip.
Pros: You don't lose your own binoculars if you die with them equipped.
Cons:
Less binoculars bought from the NPCs
A bit of work
