Why were you banned/blacklisted?: "That is gross misconduct, and you should receive a statement request from Internal Affairs soon Aquaa 03:39" "Dude....you literally mag dumped him on the ground while he was unconscious Aquaa 03:39" / "I'm going to give you a warning for 4.1 and 2.5, and you're going to be blacklisted from PD Aquaa 03:36"

Why should this appeal be considered?: Me and my partner lamameister was responding to gunshots at bazar because we we're in the area. when we arrived on scene there was alot of people surrounding the probable gunshot location. And we talked to the probable shooter until resolving the matter without any actions taken, when we were just about leaving a man from the crowd attacked my partner with a katana. i did what i was supposed to do and shot him, both me and my partner did, and yes i mag dumped him and made shure he stayed down. I do admit shooting the last bullet was uncalled for but so is RDM. and if that was not RDM from the katana man's side than i dont know what is. I dont think being blacklisted from PD is fair, i dont think rdm with katana is fair and i dont think finishing of anyone is fair. all in all i think its all an unfair affair. I do accept the warning for absolutely destroying this rdm'er but i think its unfair to be blacklisted in this situation. i have no previous record of any bad behaviour. if you are going to give me warnings

I dont see how i inflicted him any more negativity than what he inflicted to us in the same manner.
Do keep in mind i had rendered him neutralized at the point where he already was cutting people with the katana. and i had no intentions of him being able to stand back up and and continue his rampage.

I just also want to refer to these blacklist cases where the accused have also gotten two weeks blacklist for obvious reasons wich do not need any context. But in my case i do think context is vital:

You murdered someone, essentially capital punishment as you're describing with the intents of your actions.

Ok that looks bad and its out of context, in the heat of the moment only me and my partner, with people all around us with an already tense situation. If he didnt actually try to rdm us i would never had reacted this way. and i should have reported him instead of reacting like this.

I still think two weeks is overreacting regarding similar cases and context. i'am also a relativily new officer learning the ropes and this curveball already learned me that even if im being treated in an unfair and non rp manner i should still stay in-character and instead reporting the incident.

All i can say is i appologize for my behaviour and it wont happen again.

It is not out of context whatsoever, you can see exactly what lead up to your actions. He was down before you even had your gun raised and there is absolutely no way you can objectively claim this was some sort of accident or mishap in the heat of the moment.

All i can say is i appologize for my behaviour and it wont happen again.

So do you agree with the blacklist or not? If you agree with it, this will be closed and you can make an apology instead.

Blacklist stays.

You should've never magdumped the body as the person went unconscious, once the person is unconscious you have the duty to take care of that person and provide them medical assistance. What you committed was murder by shooting the unconscious person - breaking 2.5 and 4.1.

If someone breaks the rules, it doesn't give you the right to break them too. Have the rule break dealt with properly by making a report.
