Suggestion Title: Blocking inputs while on computer
Suggestion Description: So you know how when you're typing something on the computer and then inputs start happening (eg. Typing something on the police computer, put you hit your panic keybind), this should've been implemented months ago, this has also led lots of false warning, blacklist and infractions. Just make it so that no keybinds will work while on a computer

Why should this be added?:
- people won't get falsely warned or blacklisted

What negatives could this have?:
- if raided in PD, you have to get off the computer before hitting your panic

What problem would this suggestion solve?: False warnings blacklists about panic button

This should be a Bug Report instead. Has anyone actually gotten warnings/blacklists for this? Also if you are in a police computer you shouldnt be able to use chat, therefore no /panic or other keybinds should be usable.

This happened 4 months ago and it was simply a 30 minute demotion. If you are able to replicate this please include the clip in the Bug Report.

This might be a side effect of allowing people to talk while the Police Computer is open, added a couple of months back.

What do you have your panic bound to? Backtick, by any chance?
