Why Should This Player Be Punished: For breaking 2.5, 3.4 and shooting me after mugging me!

2.5 Excessive Negativity - Generally speaking, players are not allowed to excessively negatively affect the experiences of other players while playing on the server. For example, destroying a number of valuable items in a store should only be done under certain circumstances, and more so as a last resort; specifically, reasons such as product prices, a ‘basic’ distaste towards someone within the store, grossly disproportionate methods to quell competition, etc, are not typically acceptable.

3.24 In and out of character - Don’t bring out of character situations in character, for example screaming "RDM" when being shot at.

He didn't have any reason to shoot at your car since you were already tied and you couldn't escape with it. Since he's a sweatervest he might not have known that you would start bleeding from being shot in the foot.

I've checked out the demo, and Devils internet is playing up at the moment so I'm covering for him.
The player already has multiple warnings and a ban by me yesterday therefore he will be facing a 2 day ban.

• He shouldn't of shot you at all, it doesn't even look like a mugging from what I see but it's breaking 3.3 and 3.4 by shooting you. As for the 2.5 - It comes down to role-play at the end of the day, the player looks fairly new and I will speak to him to ensure he doesn't break that rule again.
