add a bus driver job (1-2 slots) and a bus to the game.


Short explanation (in notes):
-add one or some of the 3 buses i quoted
-add a bus driver job (odessa skin)
Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
hello, remember your no car days at the start of your career?
remember how you have to go around on foot or just play a government role just to get the money for a car?
i do, because hey i joined yesterday and i feel that way :3
so why not add a bus?

last one has dependencies, but that will save noobs time.

Optional additions:
-make a bus test for traffic
-restrict it to 10 hr playtime for avoiding noobs in big vehicles stopping traffic and not knowing the map.
-add an option to change the textscreen for the SligWolf one

And from what I believe buses were removed due to being too large and taking up the road. But, i'm all for a bus job and vehicle if it was a bit smaller and more easy to navigate the roads with.

Hello, we currently have a Taxi that can bring you anywhere... If no one is a taxi driver at the moment, you can always just advert that the people of paralake desperately need one...

Alright, before this gets denied right off I'm going to give my opinion; good idea, but bad idea presentation. Also, IRL buses generally have pre-defined routes, I think the monorail was an attempt to circumvent this, without having more bulky vehicles on the road. However it is not used all that much AFAIK. I get the feeling if this were added it would cause more problems than it solves. Also, there is a taxi job currently already.
