Can you create applications on plpd.online whilst banned?

Whilst banned i would like to train and make the corporal application so i can pass the first 2 stages with the multiple choice and writing stages and just get the ORs for the 3rd stage when im back. Is it allowed to do so?

Yes i understand but this is regarding the Command Review stage,im speaking about the writing and mutliple choices. Im not looking forward into getting accepted totally,i want to train with the first 2 stages.

The application will definitely be changed by March 2026, Meaning your application will be left in the dust even so. Bear in mind that Patrol command have to review your applications, if you're not even legible, you're simply wasting their time.

What about if i apply in January-February 2026 and just dont submit the application and submit it when im unbanned. Am i allowed to keep the application in work and not submitted and then applying once im unbanned?
