Cannot open cars with crowbar

I think that something is wrong. I can't open any car no matter how long i try. Managed to do like first 4 but now i lost like 20 or more crowbars trying. They always break. I wonder what's wrong with that. First ones were with 1 level of lockpicking, now with almost 4th i just can't do anything.

If a vehicle has a car security upgrade, you cannot break into them at all. The vehicles you failed to break into probably had one installed. The lockpicking system is also more or less silly, soemtimes you can be on a streak and always gain access, while at other times you'll have a streak of bad luck, or something in between.

I believe that some things cannot be opened unless you have a certain level in lockpicking. Thats why im so bad with lockpicking.

Maybe this is why I couldn't steal John Riddle's car for a joyride the other day.

Lost quite a few crowbars that day.
I notice that the server has been buggy lately; bugged animations, and now supposedly the crowbars, too.
