Cannot set car to public due to rebind of button

so basically i haven't been able to set my car to public for years. I rebound my C to some shit ZARP bind now i do not know how to get it back. Have reset binds many times.

how can i fix this

Options > Keyboard > Show Context Menu > Bind to C
