Cannot start GMOD due to corrupted files

Hello, i'm trying to start gmod, but it doesnt start up, it keeps updating and everytime the update finished it says i got corrupted files.

I tried verify integrity of game cache but didnt work

Try moving Gmod onto a different storage device and updating it again.

If this works then your main hdd/ssd is probably wonky, get a new one.

already got a third one that got the problem @Collier so probably has to do something with gmod

Fixed it

@bobo Told me to remove garry's mod and it files completely and reinstall it. That worked!

Staff please close it @Collier
