Short explanation (in notes):
-Some way we can kill people for committing crime
-Needs a sergeant or higher to execute a perpetrator

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):Some people do crimes that are much much worse than a 10 year sentence (@Walker)so I propose capital punishment there are 3 types that have the potential to be added firing squad that can be carried out by swat :3(gives them something to do), lethal injection can be performed by the sergeant or lieutenant lastly you have the electric chair only the lieutenant or sergeant can flick the switch.

Lethal injection is only allowed in certain states.
Same for the chair.
Basically, execution is only allowed in certain states.
This would break rule 4.13 anyways so it won't get accepted. I see no reason to kill someone and have them wait five minutes when the jail can be done for 10 minutes which would be a more severe punishment.
This has been suggested and denied before use the search function.
