Topic: More Damage Things for Cars
Short explanation (in notes):
-When you crash your car head on or reverse into something your headlights might break or just top working.
-Possibly leak fuel if you maybe drive over something damaging the underneath of your car
-Broken Headlights/Tail lights breaking laws 9.9 and 9.6 or just one of them.
Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
Usually you see people driving around crashing into things and it has no effect unless they break it. So this is a thing to maybe stop people driving horribly and actually car about how they are driving and how bad driving can effect their vehicle.
Optional additions:
-Able to repair certain things using stuff you buy from Uncle COS (Spotlights/light bulbs can be used to repair headlights if broken).
