Suggestion Description: Get your custom horn. I want this suggestions to able to grant you a custom horn you can have and not the own poor regular one. It would be nice to get yourself your own horn you like and want and create more customizable cars.

Why should this be added?:
- You can be different
Give more customizations to vehicles
It grants the opportunity to get your own horn you think suits you.

What negatives could this have?:
It will be hard to implement horn sounds
It might be a waste of time
