Police Suggestion Under Cover Vehicle Horn

Suggestion Title: Under Cover Vehicle Horn
Suggestion Description: So from what I just realized is Undercover cars have the same horn as any other marked vehicle show here.

What I want from this is this horn to be changed to the civilian one to disguise the Undercover cars perfectly and able to act like a normal vehicle as you know it.

Why should this be added?:
- You will become less visible as an officer in the public
- Matching the horns makes it more of an undercover car.
- It improves the PD to be less complex when coming to undercover vehicles.

What negatives could this have?:
- Harder to spot in general
- Will buff the PD ( a bit )

What problem would this suggestion solve?: ( Doesn't solve anything ) ( Is a reform of horns )

I want to get back to this post and say that I believe this should be implemented because under cover vehicles is supposed to disguise with citizen vehicles however undercover cars has that aspect except for the fact that the horn is the same as a marked officers horn. I do believe this should be implemented and not forgotten.

I don't think this is a high priority, but still I can see us changing this so that the Police horn only sounds while the lights or sirens are on.
