Server Suggestion Change dispatch unit colour for dead officers

Description of the idea: Change the officer's colour on the Dispatch UI to signify that they're decased.

Why should this be added? (pros):
- lets dispatch know how many officers are alive on-scene at a glance and keep track as opposed to checking each officer's profile.

What negatives could this have? (cons):
- none
