Topic: Be able to change a seat

-Be able to sit, where you want to sit in a car
-Can be more tactical for any actions in a vans.
Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
Well, I was thinking about thing like that for long time, and I think it's pretty cool and practical, because when I wanted to do any action with my van, but I wasn't able to get all my friends in back of my van, there has to be someone in front, I couldnt be sneaky peaky like, be like lonely driver of sexy van with 4 people in back that noone can see. Basicly, It should work, when you stop your car and turn the engine off, you should be able to change a seat with probably F1/F2/F3... or different key.
Optional additions:
-Some progress bar (Like when you craft) or what's that called, when you change sits? When car starts engine, It will cancel?
