Short explanation:
-Add new car:"Tanker"

Detailed description:
Because It has big capacity of water.

Optional additions:
-Tank meter to fire fighting vehicles(not to the patrol car)
-Tank filling spots to the town and fire department

This is basically already in with the firetruck we don't really need another fire department vehicle as we have two fire fighting vehicles so I feel this does not need to be implemented

As Appricey said, this is not needed, and not to mention there's plenty of fire hydrants that can be used around the city.
