Console commands to retain your sanity when looking at police lights

These have worked for me so far, if you find anything else that improves FPS when looking at police lights, drop them below.

They should improve FPS when in the vicinity of police lights, because it was turning into a slideshow before whenever I looked at lights.

Also includes some commands to just generally increase FPS.

mat_filterlightmaps 0
r_lightaverage 0
mat_disable_lightwarp 1
r_shadows 0
r_3dsky 0
r_drawbatchdecals 0
r_drawdetailprops 0

CAUTION - mat_filterlightmaps 0 makes all lights look very blocky, however does provide some increase in FPS. Simply remove it if the quality's too bad for you.

i just pulled these commands out of any command guide i could find, I have a few extra in my config from @Creepis but none on here are from him iirc
