Cooldown for medic revive

When getting police raided or in some kind of fight with the police, and they have a medic, it is impossible to take everyone down and escape.
There should be a cooldown for the medic revive, since we killed the same cop like 7 times in a row until they finally got us, which is crazy unrealistic and retarded.
