Cops and NLR

Main idea: Cops should have some timer after which they can return to a raid

Description: Basically everytime someone gets raided by cops, the shootout can last like 15 mins sometimes. Cops can return in that time, because their NLR timer simply ends. Crims have a rule that they need to wait 30 mins after their NLR to assist a raid. I think cops should have the same.

Pros: + Less cancer
+ Fair for both sides

Cons: - Cops crying in ooc

Police are very weak right now, the sole fact that's making them some sort of threat is the fact that they can come back. I don't think we need stricter nlrs for cops.

normally when you get raided you're not supposed to stay in your base but you are to escape
