Main Idea: its in the title

Full description of the idea: you cant crouch sprint or even swim while holding items anymore which was a great the only way to get items from one way to the other fast or even bring them up if they were stranded on the oceanfloor. this was made a thing because of my bug report https://github.com/FredyH/Perpheads-Issues/issues/729 make it so it is possible again to safe mine and probs some other peoples sanity if they ever have this issue

applies to both bodies and (small) items

Why should it be added?: because the current solution of just removing it all together is dumb

Cons: muh crouch sprinting with bodies

in clip 1 you can see that i couldnt bring the gun up and got stuck under it. in clip 2 you can see it in a first person perspective
