What rule do you wish to Edit/Add: 3.4/2.1
Your version of the rule: The actual rule itself doesn't need to be changed, it just needs to be made clear. Crowbarring/Bobbypinning people that are being dragged by cops should be a violation of either 3.4 or 2.1. Realistically you wouldn't run up to someone and crowbarring them out of cuffs as they're being dragged by officers, since it risks your own imprisonment and isn't very realistic regarding the fact you'd be dragged by the cuffs.
Why do you believe this rule should be Added/Edited: I'm simply angered by the fact that when I'm trying to arrest someone, a group of minges come out of nowhere and immediately start crowbarring people out of cuffs. It's annoying and unrealistic when I'm trying to just make an arrest.
