Never heard you needing 25 mbps for it but if anything that’s what you need for optimal streaming; meaning Minimum latency and graphic tearing. I have like 10 up and 0.87 down in this shithole and I played PERP on geforce now. It’s possible if you really want to, but it wont always be pretty...
