Dead bodies and facial problems

So for the past 3 weeks (I think) I have had problems with dead bodies.
The dead bodies are standing in a T-pose and some facials i cannot see.
All the chinese/asian facials are removed except the default one and some more facials are gone too.

Thats a lot of nooby dead bodies Jesus Christ.
tbh re install game, defrag your hard drive, check game cashe, uninstall and reinstall all addons ect.
