-Allows people to cancel their delivery

Detailed Description
Right now, if you want to cencel a package, you have to cause all kinds of trouble for the delivery man. A button that cancels and gives the driver a small bonus (cancellation fee) for the trouble.

Optional Additions
-Make it 20 percent loss for a delivery man cancelled package, while only 10 percent loss for a customer cancellation.

If the delivery man trashes your order (you left to cancel it) you dont get your 20% refunded.
