Suggestion Title: Dirty Money drop
Suggestion Description: If a bank robbers are letting one person pick up all the money, which is what happens 90% of the time, and that person happens to go down just the same as how police can search the money off the suspect. Criminals should also be given a feature to recover the money off the corpse of their fallen teammate. That could be a money bag entity that appears to be a stolen money bag or simply money entities however with some sort of indicator that it is dirty.

Why should this be added?:
- Currently, If the person with money dies, you get paid nothing no matter what. It's actually a big turn off if that happens to occur because it ruins the whole momentum and renders the whole operation unworthy anymore to pursue for the bank robbers especially considering the risks they're taking.
- Saves robbers from unrealistically and unfairly not profiting off of a bank raid.
- Fair to the cops because they can still confiscate the entity as per the confiscation rules and policies
- Makes complete sense roleplay wise, currently the robbers just leave the dirty money on the corpse but just like picking up your friend's gun after a raid if they die you wouldn't leave over a million dollars on the ground.

What negatives could this have?:
- Prone to minge grab? maybe restrict the ability to pickup for only bank robbers and cops. However it's better the chance to recover over no chance at all.
 
There should be a progress bar to picking it up similar to confiscating an item, and/or require you to put your weapon away to do so. This prevents people (and cops) insta-grabbing the money while in the line of fire and forces them to calculate their approach/have a distraction.

This is true, make it take some time with some zip lock sound effect and we will be good to go.
I do agree that it is the most momentum-killing when the guy with the money dies. You are then just fighting to get pvp at that point.

My idea which I would just like to throw out there in relation to this would be that instead of a standard confiscation method. The item is able to be right clicked with fists by police. Then police will need to bring it to the manager's office and talk to him with the entity next to him or have them pick it up near him or have them click e on him while they have it in their inventory. All 3 of those random ideas really just boil down to the singular goal of stopping police from abusing the recovery mechanic by minge confiscating while not opening a can of worms.

Another idea is whoever is carrying dirty money will have a model showing a bag of stolen money on their back indicating they are wielding dirty money.
 
There were too many issues with NLR when the money could be transferred previously.

If you decide to take the risk of having all of the money held by one person, that is a problem that you have created yourself.
