Police Suggestion Display the current time of day in the Police Computer

Brief description of idea: Display the current time of day in the police computer, somewhere in the box of current active incidents to make managing current incidents for Officer's without a Dispatcher more easy.

What benefits would this idea have for the department: Makes managing of current incidents easier for times without a Dispatcher, shows how much time has passed since the incident.

What potential negatives could this have for the department: Would potentially leave some incidents ignored that are open for a prolonged amount of time even though it still requires attention.
Overall it's just small addition, all would benefit from this.

Other additions: Add a MM: (SS) format of (real time) to show how long an incident has been open for @Hayden
