Event staff / Event suggestions

Description of the idea:
Have dedicated event staff that are already staff members. Players can suggest passive RP events on a new section of the forums. The event staff go over this and run the event at either a dedicated time slot, or on the weekend when the server has enough players. Something similar is already used on a lot of RP servers and could work here.

Why should this be added? (pros):
Passive RP events get support
Passive RP events actually happen
Players who come to roleplay actually get the chance too

What negatives could this have? (cons):
Events could get stale
Event staff may not be active

Denied, feel free to suggest events, although we won't be having dedicated event staff.
