Extreme lagg

Since yesterday, every time I join the server I get in but I'm hit with these huge waves of lagg, making it impossible to do anything at all, can anyone help me out?

I have no clue what has caused this, I was playing the server a few days ago with no problems whatsoever.

new multicore update, go to options in f1 and disable multicore

Do I need to rejoin after disabling it?
[DOUBLEPOST=1472145984,1472145651][/DOUBLEPOST]I haven't been able to rejoin yet but disabling the multicore hasn't seemed to work for me..
Also, every time I do get in to the server, I'm immediately greated with ''Something is causing script errors'' in the top left corner of my screen.

Any ideas on what might be doing this?

I've ran this game consistently for multiple days without any problem like a week ago.
