This guide will help you with in-game frequently asked questions.
[A lot of common questions are being asked frequently by new players on the server that are known by the old ones. Yet, these answers to these questions are unlisted so far, so, I decided to list them below.]
Q: I'm stuck at spawn, what should I do?
A: The script of the server is loading and so are you, wait or rejoin the server.

Q: What is OOC/LOOC?
A: It's an Out Of Character (OOC) / Local Out Of Character (LOOC) chat function.

Q: What is "Meta"?
A: Meta is a shortcut for Metagaming. Meta is when you use Out-Of-Character data in In-Character (e.g. You're a Police Officer and someone says in OOC chat that he saw someone with a gun in front of the hospital and you go straight to arrest him).

Q: How do I get a job?
A: Job Guide.

Q: I can't pass the exams that are acquired to take a job. Can anyone help me?
A: The exams are based on the Rules and Laws. Be sure to understand them well.

Q: How much money do I get as a Medic?
A: Paychecks can be seen in the console and they look like this:
You have earned $263 as a paycheck for being a paramedic. (0% Income Tax)
Press "`" or F10 to open the console.

Q: Where do I buy clothes? / Can I change my character's face?
A: You can buy clothes on the second floor of the Jewelry stores. All you need to do is to interact with the mirror by pressing "E". / Yes, you can change your character's face at the Jewelry stores.

Q: Can I change my name?
A: Yes, you can change your name at the City Hall.

Q: Where do I create/leave an organization?
A: You can create/leave an organization at the City Hall.

Q: How do I open my phone?
A: Press "Z".

Q: How do I call someone?
A: You need to add the player on your buddylist (buddylist can be found by pressing F4) and then "write" his name down on your phone like in T9 mode. Before these, be sure to, actually have his/her number from an in-game source.

Q: Where is the drug dealer?
A: It's at the underpass, near the Police Department.

Q: Do I lose my house/drugs/car when I disconnect/die?
A: You can only lose your house and your drugs when you disconnect.

Q: Can I steal a car? / Do I lose my car when someone steals it?
A: Yes. / No.

Q: How do I craft guns?
A: Anything can be crafted from F1 -> Mixtures.

Q: What guns can I craft in each level of Firearms?
A: Mixture Info (Includes info for all the mixtures you can craft).

Q: If I die do I lose my gun? And If so, can I store my gun/things somewhere?
A: Yes, you do lose your gun when you die and any other equipped props (e.g. Camera). But you can store your things into the boot of your car, place them into your storage on your house's chest or at the suburbs' storage NPC.

A: This is a bug, you need to rejoin in order to fix this.

A: You need to turn off the engine and press right click.

Q: How do I mute the Government Radio?
A: You hold "H" but it's currently not working.

Q: How do I jump higher?
A: Press "Ctrl" + "Space".

Q: Why some players run faster than me?
A: They sprint. Press "W" + "Alt".

Q: Why I can't run?
A: Probably you are exhausted and you need to rest for a while or drink something (e.g. coffee). Another possibility is that you have broken legs, in that case you need to go to the hospital.

Q: Why my screen is blurry?
A: You're probably hungry and you need to eat something (e.g. hamburger) or you are badly injured and you need to go to the hospital or call a medic.

Q: How much do I have to wait for respawn?
A: You must wait 5 minutes to die and 5 minutes to pass away. Be sure to follow the NLR after you've been respawned, which is also 5 minutes.

Q: How do I place my pots straight up?
A: Put the "Fists" setting and press "R" on the pots.

Q: How do I pick up a TV?
A: Press "Alt" + "E".

Q: How do I copy a link from the chat?
A: You can do so from the console. Press "`" or F10 to open the console.

Q: How do I contact a Staff Member?
A: By typing /report [your report here].

Q: Why no one is answering my reports? / Why my report closed?
A: The staff team is probably busy. / Not enough details in the report (e.g. admin come to me) or there's no need to do a report about it.

Q: What do I do if a staff member is abusing?
A: Make an Admin Complaint report.

Q: Can I pay to be an admin?
A: No, but you can make an Enforcer Application.

Q: Why don't you add a Helicopter to Paralake City?

Q: I see some of the cars glitched, how do I fix this?
A: Set "Texture Detail" to "High" or "Very High".

Q: I'm lagging too much because of my computer specs, can I fix the performance?

Q: I see errors around the map or on props, why is this happening?
A: The are missing textures. You can fix this by downloading the Content Pack both from the website and Steam Workshop. You will also need to install Counster Strike: Source. Make sure that you installed the content pack properly.
