I love bees was a ARG that was a “beekeeper” website that was a marketing stunt for halo 2, which includes a website getting taken over from an IA in a game to a payphone in real life DURING A HURRICANE all to stop halos firing in the game.
Iris was a halo 3 marketing stunt which explained the flood, the forunners and the halos, where you unlocked servers by doing different things, which also included cults in real life shouting in city centre's talking about a fictional race, a search in a bunch of places and ended up with videos going up in times square in new york talking about everything above
