Suggestion Title: Firewatch station by Farm
Suggestion Description: A firewatch station with an observation tower accessible via a FD-only locked door. Single bay garage or lot and NPC for changing vehicle (still need to get hired/quit at the FD npc). Small lot space to prevent loitering from too many first responder vehicles.
Why should this be added?:
-Patrolling the forest area for fires with low FD employment would be more viable if firefighters could more readily swap from patrol vehicle to fire engine without having to go back to FD.
-Would add another bird's eye view of the pretty city that isn't Office, City hall, R4 or S4, though restricted to firefighters
What negatives could this have?:
-Takes from patrol vehicle's motivation to call for fire engine backup when there is high FD employment if they can just swap themselves.
-A relatively secluded part of the map would become government property, lowering risk around the area. There is already a camera nearby, however.
-Might not be worth the time for something that is ultimately going to impact 1-2 FD employees
