Suggestion Title: Fishing Skill Level
Suggestion Description: Add a new skill level to the server that affects fishing, the higher your fishing level the higher chance of catching the more expensive fish such as salmon or trout and that also changes the speed you catch fish at.

Why should this be added?:
- more reason to fish
- more money when fishing
- re-revive fishing

What negatives could this have?:
- its not needed tbh.

Since always! You can easily see the beach from the highway and sometimes from the city side.

You can see the beach from thirdperson.
Yeah no shit hence Why you mug by the wall, this is ridiculous.

Plus you can see people behind bank from city garage and monorail so you cant mug there either now By your logic

I agree with this suggestion, however like @Niko mentioned, fishing needs a rework. It's an afk money farm. If you get mugged you indeed lose a bit of money, however not much if you're smart enough to just store all your belongings. If you mug me during fishing, at most you can get 15fish.

There is much more traffic on the highway than the top floor of city garage/monorail and therefore it is much easier for the public to be in constant view of the beach than it is to be in constant view of the area behind bank.
