Why Should This Player Be Punished: I was accused of trespassing despite owning the apartment, and I get slandered and accused of calling for backup even though I dialed 911 and was handcuffed when it happened again. I was not given the right to hear their reasoning until an admin talk and Fletcher Harper especially kept mocking me and even once told me in OOC to 'get banned'. I was already warned to not delay RP so that issue's been settled with.

Both are police supervisors so if this was a police matter move it to a supervisor complaint.

Also, please don't be lazy. The staff member handling ARs this week has to go through several demos as is always the case and if you don't look for the tick yourself they won't sit and review an hour of footage for you.

When and where did this situation occur? I'm currently on the server, meaning I won't be able to view the demo at the moment. I have dealt with an administrative situation regarding another player killing some LEOs, where two players were detained to have their IDs checked to see if they were allowed on the property or not. It was @simplex , Fletcher Harper, who said this. I would just like to have some knowledge of this, as I might take responsibility to deal with this AR in case it's the same situation.

The law implies that any person can be detained if they are thought to have committed a crime; having a set of keys doesn't necessarily mean that you have permission to be on the property.

@MCGSCEFFAAWHETJH55555 ok, so I will say the reason I accused you of calling for backup is he suddenly knew what was going on upstairs at the time you was using your phone not to add WHILST being batoned due to multiple peaceful attempts to get you detained, so in my opinion it makes sense considering the guy who tried to kill me & Shepard ran off, d/ced then rejoined to kill us, this is why I tied it to you, honestly for my opinion I would like to know what rule(s) I have broken?

You should not be publicly announcing the details of any arrest or investigation unless it is safe to do so. This mainly goes for when you're arresting someone for a serious crime in a hostile property. Arrest them for a minor crime then de-arrest them at the police station and arrest them for the actual crime. Much safer and legally justifiable.

even if he was mocking you, or even said something like "you should be banned" or whatever, how would he know? even if he went into a rage mode you can't blame it on him, altough i don't see a big issue in that..

There were bullet holes in the apt. you were in, and the LEOs had a suspicion that you were trespassing on the property. You then proceeded by bringing it into LOOC chat, attempting to stall roleplay, which you did numerous times. There was no slander performed by the user you accuse of having done so. When Ben Bleakley came around and killed the LEOs for an insufficient reason, he/she made matters worse, as it seemed as if you had called for backup with your phone.

[DPA] Almighty / Ben Bleakley will be issued a warning for breaking 3.4, as he/she attempted to murder two LEOs for an insufficient reason.

If there are any points I have not made clear in my reply, @Chris ' replies should be enough information to fill you in, as he has explained quite well what has happened, which I agree fully on.
