Forum shout box.

I think it would be a great idea if the forums had a shout box. They're great for players to get to know each other, and just for general conversing. I guess it could be a pain in the ass to code, but they're great and I think if anyone has the time to code one it would be a good asset to the forums.


They kind of look a bit like this for anyone that doesn't know. (Sorry if this falls under advertising, I tried to avoid that. But if it does feel free to edit this whole thing out.)
