Main idea: If a player makes a ban appeal and is found to have been banned from the server invalidly, give them one week of premium for free, plus refund the premium they lost.

Description: This could be seen as the way of "reimbursing" players for the false ban and would help make up for the time they lost on the server. NOTE: This is for ban DISPUTES not ban APOLOGIES

Pros: Apologizes to falsely banned players
Helps make up for lost time
Will at least "refund" the premium they lost during the false ban.

Cons: Less revenue for the server

Hmm. So I guess you don't want to pay out of your own pocket. What do you say about getting banned for the same amount as the player was. Quite a good compensation.
It'll make you make sure before banning a player when you're not completely sure about the ban.

edit: By that I meant if you ban a user for 1 month, he spends a day banned and his dispute gets accepted: You get a 1 day ban.

Why should my character take effect from my administrative mistakes? I'd understand if I as a person affected someones roleplay and had to pay back, because I've done that many times.

Seems like too much of a hassle and a bit excessive I can understand refunding days that we’re lost but I don’t know if this will getting implemented I remember a few years back when the server was always crashing and loads of performances issue so everyone got a week of premium to make up for the troubles so I guess it’s possible.

Even though I rated the discussion 'agree' this does really seem impractical (watch, Fredy will implement a system to prove me wrong) and just a hassle to deal with as disputes get dealt with mostly before a ban expires. If you lost under a week of premium then hey, that sucks but you can easily make the money back on the legal side if you're courier or paramedic for a while. I could see compensation for a minimum of 2 weeks acceptable if this would ever become a thing but of course the one who makes the dispute shouldn't wait until that minimum is met just so he can get his free premium, staff shouldn't wait it out either but that would become obvious anyways.

And to those going "You donate to the content creators". Man I do love the content, but I never donate anywhere. You kinda can't get much of an experience out of perp since some key features like the phsygun are locked. So don't tell me that. It's also called premiun for a reason not donatium or some bs.

To be completely honest, this seems a little excessive. You're not just donating for the benefits but you're also donating to help keep the server running.
Personally I wouldn't care about premium time (mainly because I don't pay for it myself ayylmao, never have) but I understand where you're coming from when you ask for refunds for lost time, especially as an active player who utilize premium daily or every other day. With this in mind, I think refunds should only ever really happen if a ban dispute hasn't been dealt with for a really long time or has been neglected/not dealt with within the expected time frame (5 days minimum?). Three or four days really isn't anything to fret over, it gets unhealthy to spend that much time in such a short time period anyway.

The reason why it's a premium feature is simply because there has to be one vital reason to donate to the server, this is one of those features.

So you're buying access to the physgun, which is, in your own words, a "Vital feature". That's be like my local Aldi going "for this food you need to give us a donation of $181.97"

I digress though, that isn't what this post is about. I agree on Daymon's point, the premium should be refunded for the amount of days you've lost by the server. People who're saying it's "tedious" and "extra work" are being silly, as if the staff of the server make a mistake they kind of deserve the extra work to correct it
