Why should it be added?: In particular morons, it can be awkward if no one is in the base/when you are on your own. Also actually adds a point in being able to lock garage doors
Pros: More ways to raid, Don't have to bobby/move props to get into moron, easy to implement
Cons: Adds to list of v5 stuff to do
