Garry mod problems.

So today when i started launching gmod to begin playing perpheads, My antivirus said it had something "Win32Evo-[Susp]" Virus, I don't know what to do since i don't want to risk it, So i don't think i can play in a week or a longer time, I don't know though. I will just hope for the best! I would also see how many acually also have this, If i am the only one or you know.

Do you have Avast anti-virus by any chance? A lot of people have been encountering that.
