Let division heads assign discord ranks in the PLPD Discord,

What benefits would this idea have for the department:
- Very easy
- Quality of life
What potential negatives could this have for the department:
- People assigning people to the wrong rank I guess

The easiest solution to this is an automatic role sync no? Makes sure discord roles are always up to date. And removes the possibility of someone assigning the wrong role. Removes the human factor.
