I feel like there is a communication barrier between the police and the road crew workers. Rule 4.9 prevents road crew workers from leaving the impound lot without authorization. This hardly ever happens because they are completely isolated from the rest of the government officials. My suggestion is that the roadcrew workers are given access to the government radio so that communication is restored and the road crew workers become less obsolete.

Thank you :)

Or even better lets add a roadcrew worker command in like /911 but like /222

But even with a /222 command, authorization from the police is still required to tow a car, according to rule 4.9

I like twitty's idea. Spending money on adverts or sending 911 calls then waiting for police officials to call for roadcrew if they can be bothered, it's much easier using something like /222. I think about rule 4.9 /222 calls automatically means that they have authorization to respond to that call.
