Government vehicles

Hello. My idea is that government vehicles should go to the gas and fill their cars too, because for example when cops are in a chase they have infinite fuel and they will always win because they just have to wait for the criminal to ran out of fuel. So i think that cops should also fill their cars but the gas will be payed by the city funds.
