Green Square Mystery

So if you haven't noticed yet, there's a road that leads to a square with grass. It is as big as half of the suburbs. The road to it has an invisible wall that you can't get through without noclipping. Apparently Xquality has a space for building plans there. What do you think will be built there?

It's the admin playground, some event's like musical chair's have been held there.As for building's I have no idea what would be built there.

They'll build a big Trande statue for sure.

I usually put my admin tv down there, turn some chill music on and read a book. It's really relaxing, oh almost forgot to say I sit in my Office Chair whilst doing so
