I'd like to recommend this player because yesterday I was assigned to team up with him while performing my duties as a police officer. I really appreciated working with him because even tho the officer who has the car is usually the leader of the team (the one who takes the last decision and who can decide where to go because, well... he has the car), he always asks for a second opinion and takes it into account. But a more important quality that I noticed of him is that even when there isn't a dispatch, and you aren't forced to continue working with the same officer he was still waiting for me if I was far from the car and we had to leave, never leaving me alone, and in case I wasn't coming he also asked me where was I. These are rare qualities, and IMO they are also very important
