Handcuff Timer.

Hi so I have an idea about the handcuffing process. It is a but stupid how you can handcuff someone instantly, even when they are running. So what I think should be added is a timer, like equipping a gun but instead it says handcuffing. The timer could be 1-3 seconds.

I think it would just improve the realism of hand cuffing.

Not a bad idea but I don't like it because all it takes is the criminal to quickly run off before you are able to handcuff him. Unless, when the officer left clicks the criminal to handcuff him, it freeze both of them before he handcuffs the man. But overall I don't think it'll end wel..

This idea will only work if cops have a guaranteed way of stopping someone, like a taser. If cops had a taser, that would paralyze the criminal and allow the cop to start the handcuffing process, this would work. But as it is now, it would be impossible to cuff anyone.
