Best job to start in, definitely. It sorted me with VIP, a Beetle and a Audi TT 07 within 5 days of playtime in V1. But eventually everyone grows out of their roots and they wanna shoot bad guys with a pistol.
It could use some more in-depth features but as of right now it's still simple compared to Roadcrew.
