Help me pick a new PC

I have around 1300$ which i think is really decent price for a pc , but i really dont know what to buy.
I mainly play pubg and rust (other then gmod ofc) so its important to me that ill be able to run those games on good settings.
(Im more of an nividia guy).
I will be able to go off budget allitle bit but not too much, thanks for your help !
