My computer crashes not long after opening a game, or even whilst i'm on the desktop. It is so random and i really need help.

What type of crash are we talking about? Does everything freeze or close? Or does the computer just turn off? Are there any notifications or does your computer make any strenious noises?
I had something similair. My screen was glitching out and black bars were flying around on my screen. Turned out that my video card was broken
